Welcome to our cosy apartment in Cullera, the perfect place to enjoy an unforgettable holiday with family, as a couple or with friends. This charming 30 m² accommodation is located on the beachfront, offering spectacular views of the sea and garden, ideal for those seeking comfort and proximity to the water.
The apartment has a capacity of up to 4 people, distributed across 2 cosy bedrooms. One of them features a double bed, whilst the other offers a bunk bed, perfect for families with children or groups of friends. Each space has been designed with your comfort and rest in mind.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, providing all the necessary comforts for your personal hygiene. Additionally, you will have an iron to keep your clothes impeccable during your stay.
The American vitroceramic kitchen is fully functional and completely equipped with a fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, washing machine, coffee maker, as well as all the crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils you need. You will be able to prepare your favourite meals with ease and comfort.
The accommodation has access to "wifi" internet as well as a television for your entertainment and air conditioning to ensure your comfort at any time of year.
The communal facilities include a shared swimming pool, perfect for cooling off on hot days, a children's area where children can have fun safely, and a tennis court for sports enthusiasts. The garden is an ideal space to relax and enjoy the atmosphere.
The communal open-air car park in the same building facilitates your arrival and departure. The location is exceptional: just 0 metres from the beautiful sandy beach of San Antonio, and 300 metres from the Consum supermarket, where you will find everything you need.

From the booking date until 31 days before check-in, cancellation would have a penalty of 10% of the total price of the rent.

- Refund of the security deposit by bank transfer is made between 5 and 15 days after your departure
- Arrival out of office opening hours: keys will be left in a safety box. The total amount must be paid in advance.
- Pets not allowed.
- Late arrivals: Make arrangements for late arrival with the destination agency. The total amount of the booking must be paid locally upon arrival.
